 Application of Energy Management System in Commercial Plaza

摘要：介紹某國際商業(yè)廣場項目，采用智能電力儀表、采集配電現(xiàn)場的各種電參量、開關(guān)信號。系統(tǒng)采用現(xiàn)場就地組網(wǎng)的方式，組網(wǎng)后通過現(xiàn)場總線通訊并遠傳至后臺，通過Acrel-3000型電能管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)樓層及配電房回路用電的實時監(jiān)控和管理。

Abstract: Introduce an international commercial plaza project, which adopts smart power meters to collect various electrical parameters and switch signals at the distribution site. The system adopts the method of on-site networking. After networking, it communicates via fieldbus and transmits it to the background. 0 概述 Overview

該項目位于某經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)核心，區(qū)域內(nèi)發(fā)展成熟，配套完善、交通便捷。本項目為現(xiàn)場各樓層配電間的用能改造?，F(xiàn)場757個配電出線回路安裝757臺多功能電表采集現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)。

This project is the energy utilization transformation of the distribution rooms on each floor of the site. 1 需求分析 Demand Analysis

為保證生產(chǎn)管理用電負荷的統(tǒng)計與分析及對危險源實時監(jiān)控。需要對項目現(xiàn)場的各配電箱等電氣設(shè)備進行電壓、電流、功率等參數(shù)進行實時在線監(jiān)控。一旦監(jiān)控點被監(jiān)視參數(shù)異常，能夠及時檢測報警，有關(guān)人員采取必要的措施，避免安全事故的發(fā)生。自動抄表功能節(jié)省了人力物力，功率趨勢曲線功能能夠直觀的顯示各回路的工作狀態(tài)與時間，方便用戶找出非正常用電回路并且及時進行整改，建立電能多級計量體系提供用能分析依據(jù)。

本技術(shù)條件適用于該項目的回路進出線回路。供方產(chǎn)品應(yīng)具有高安全性與可靠性、易于擴展、便于維修與維護。供方提供的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)至少滿足本技術(shù)條件，但不僅于此，其技術(shù)性能應(yīng)滿足對設(shè)備配電箱數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控的要求。

The power trend curve function can intuitively display the working status and time of each circuit, which is convenient for users to find abnormal power circuits and make corrections in time, and establish a multi-level electrical energy measurement system to provide energy analysis basis .

This technical condition applies to the incoming and outgoing circuits of the project. The supplier's products should have high safety and reliability, easy to expand, easy to repair and maintain. The products provided by the supplier shall meet the technical requirements at least, but not only this, but the technical performance shall meet the requirements for data monitoring of the equipment distribution box.

自動采集現(xiàn)場所有電量儀表的模擬量數(shù)據(jù)，自動采集現(xiàn)場開關(guān)狀態(tài)以及故障狀態(tài)等開關(guān)量數(shù)據(jù)。

支持實時采集、自動周期采集（定時采集）可配置周期（1分鐘～24小時）。

支持數(shù)據(jù)傳輸正確性檢驗，異常數(shù)據(jù)自動處理。

支持多線程處理機制，提高數(shù)據(jù)采集效率，能同時對多個設(shè)備進行數(shù)據(jù)采集。

數(shù)據(jù)實時顯示采用配電箱主接線圖直觀顯示模式，各回路開關(guān)斷合以及故障狀態(tài)直觀可見。

要求能方便實現(xiàn)客戶端查詢和各級管理人員的查詢，查詢界面能適應(yīng)各級管理人員的要求能夠支持靈活的條件組合查詢和對比分析，各類統(tǒng)計分析的數(shù)據(jù)可靈活采用報表等多種圖表方式直觀的展示功能。

數(shù)據(jù)展示功能按照不同用戶的不同的權(quán)限，分為操作層、管理層、決策層三層用能展示。

操作層具備用能分析、累計用量、實時監(jiān)測、運行記錄及比例、對比、對標分析等功能。

1.4 權(quán)限管理 Authority Management

要求對不同用戶賦予不同角色的權(quán)限，能授權(quán)到功能子菜單、具體檔案記錄、數(shù)據(jù)記錄等。

系統(tǒng)要求具備合理完善的用戶安全控制機制，能使應(yīng)用環(huán)境中的信息資源得到保護，防止信息的丟失、失竊和破壞。

1.6 參數(shù)設(shè)置 Parameter Settings

可通過采集柜設(shè)置各回路互感器變比，各種電流電壓保護整定值。

故障判斷與報警具有故障自動判斷并采用聲光方式報警功能。報警類型包括開關(guān)故障，電壓、電流超限，現(xiàn)場采集模塊通訊故障，與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通訊故障等。報警時間自動記入系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫，方便用戶查詢，工作人員可隨時掌握變配電站實時運行狀態(tài)，發(fā)現(xiàn)變配電運行故障并作出相應(yīng)處理，提高變配電的管理效率，提升電力系統(tǒng)安全性、可靠性。

2 系統(tǒng)方案 System Solutions

安科瑞Acrel-3000系統(tǒng)根據(jù)該項目的現(xiàn)場實際情況，整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)采用屏蔽雙絞線直接接至監(jiān)控室的對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集器然后通過網(wǎng)線直接接至監(jiān)控主機，保障了電能管理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)傳輸?shù)姆€(wěn)定性與實時性。如下圖所示：站控管理層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊層和現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層。

現(xiàn)場共計140只多功能儀表分為12條RS485總線接至配電房的監(jiān)控工控機，實現(xiàn)總線上儀表與監(jiān)控主機的數(shù)據(jù)連通。

2）網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊層 Network Communication Layer

 通訊層主要是由監(jiān)控工控機的通訊串口、以太網(wǎng)設(shè)備及總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)組成。串口主要功能是監(jiān)測現(xiàn)場智能儀表；以太網(wǎng)設(shè)備及總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要功能是實現(xiàn)分站與主站之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互，使配電系統(tǒng)管理集中化、信息化、智能化，很大提高了配電系統(tǒng)的安全性、可靠性和穩(wěn)定性，達到了無人值守的目的。

3）現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層 Field Device Layer

現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層是數(shù)據(jù)采集終端，主要由智能儀表組成，智能儀表通過屏蔽雙絞線RS485接口，采用MODBUS通訊協(xié)議總線型連接接入通訊服務(wù)器，經(jīng)通訊服務(wù)器到達該配電間監(jiān)控主機進行組網(wǎng)，實現(xiàn)遠程控制。

3 系統(tǒng)功能 System Functions
